Vacation English Course

The Vacation English Course is designed for junior English students aged between 8-12 and 13-18 who would like to combine an English language course with a Mediterranean holiday in Malta.  The course is ideal for juniors seeking to complement their English lessons with a social programme of activities and excursions.  The activities form part of a three-week  programme which include a range of excursions with our friendly and experienced group leaders.  The Course includes 20 English lessons  and one full day, one half day and one evening of excursions per week.  There is a maximum of 14 students in our Vacation English Courses. Excursions included in the Vacation English Course range from Welcome BBQ’s and Boat Parties to visits to cultural heritage sites such as Valletta and Mdina and day trips to water parks and Comino.

Furthermore, on a daily basis the School also organises several other afternoon and evening activities, such as trips to summer events and music festivals, outdoor nightclubs, swimming with dolphins and sports activities such as diving, climbing, horse riding or tennis.   

Students who wish to spend more time focusing on their English during their holiday are advised to book a Vacation English Intensive Course which includes an additional 10 One-to-One lessons per week.  During these private lessons, students can focus on improving specific English skills and target particular problem areas of the language.

Vacation English Courses can be booked on their own or with accommodation and airport transfers.  We strongly recommend Host Family accommodation for our younger students, although students over the age of 18 may also select School Guest House accommodation.   Junior students under the age of 13 are only accepted if they are accompanied to Malta by a parent or care-giver.  Levels: Beginner to Advanced
